I have lived in the complex for 8 months and will not be renewing my lease. The new management is terrible. They do not respond well to complaints of noise or pest problems. For example, we have a hive of yellow jackets on our balcony when repoprted they said pest control was scheduled for that day anyway. Pest control is ot knocking the cones to the floor of the balcony. Also, I have reported my neighbor above me 6 times since the new management took over in April or May. But don't think for one second that it has gotten better I just got tired of calling and emailing with terrible responses. My mother who stays with me during chemo treatments is forced to be awaken every morning between 3:30-4:30. Take my advice for the money you pay to live here, go to Post down the street. And one more thing since the new management has taken over they forgot what cleaning up around the dryer ducts are all about, there is lent everywhere outside.
