It is far to much money for a place where the management do not care about the tenants. They take a very long time to handle problems in the correct way (if they even do handle the problem at all). You always have to make extra calls or stops to the leasing office. And most of the time they are either out or just not there that day. And do not even think of getting a call back. Then there is the deposits. They will cheat you out of as much money as possable. And you end up getting your money back much later then agreed on. I will suggest renting from Post down the road as well. It is really sad to see in what the shape the complex is now compared to a year ago......
