I moved into Parkwood Place in Sept. 2003.
At first the management and maintenance(one man) were having difficulties. Now things are definetly improving. We now have three maintenance persons who respond very quickly. The office staff makes the extra effort to please the tennants. Little things for me like providing free remotes for the access gate when my passcard stopped working. Waiving half a months fee for a storage unit. I recommend checking this place out.
