We moved here in June 2002, apparently soon after the sale from Post Properties to Trammell Crow this spring. We were looking for an apartment that met several requirements - close to employer in area, quiet atmosphere, professional clientele, large floorplan, fitness center, gated access, high speed internet access, responsive management. With a long list, Parkwood Place really fit the bill!

I am so pleased to be here in every way - our apartment is very spacious with the most closet and living room spaces. All of the above items were satisfied as well. I was most impressed with the management on site - Kimberly and Melissa are very helpful and ready to please their residents. We were moved in with no problems and we have now been here four months and are still quite pleased. I would highly recommend Parkwood to folks looking for a smaller property to live at, compared to the larger (busier) complexes in the near area.
