Well the gangbangers finally have taken over

You know, it's really REALLY hard not to sound racist within this post, and if I sound that way, I apologize up front. BUT. I hate moving. I want to find one good place and stay for years. Unfortunately I can't do that here.
I have lived here now for around 4 years. I absolutely love my apartment, which is why it pisses me off that I have to move. When I first moved in, there was a nice equal mix of black, white and hispanic residents. No one is perfect, but everyone got along. Not anymore.
Now there is gang writing on the outside of the walls, the place is full of -------- which ordinarily wouldn't be a problem. But I only say this because now my apartment building is a nasty stinky environment. I can not believe that they actually feel comfortable living the way they do.
Their patios are teeming with garbage, I have personally witnessed them opening their windows and just tossing garbage and food out into the ground. They leave garbage on the stairs. They leave food on the stairs. They leave beer bottles EVERYWHERE.
And I say that it's the -------- because they are the only ones that occupy the building where I live, and the 2 on each side of me. The community is small enough to where I know who lives in each building, and it's all mexican. It's like they have no pride in their surroundings. I don't know about you, but if my mother saw me just toss food outside of my window, she'd smack me silly.
Not to mention that my car has been hit by them at least 3 times now. All hit and run, but I know they did it because their drunk taxi cab drivers speed through here all the time.
The community is small and it used to be quiet. Now every day I come home, I find more and more gang tags popping up all over the place. And there was a shooting incident behind my building maybe a month ago.
And let's not start on the children. I can not believe how many times I have almost hit a wandering child in the parking lot. The ironic thing is that there is a nice playground here. But these ghetto kids prefer to play in the middle of the street and give YOU dirty looks when you drive through. Ugh!
So sad to say, I am moving. I can't take it anymore. If you are ghetto and love living in filth, then by all means, move in.
