If you are in need of a quick place to stay with no credit check, get along with non english speaking --------- and latinas in the complex as well as the leasing office this is utopia for you. Been here for a year no loud music, fights, traffic disturbances etc. Everyone really mids their own business. NOW! THEE DAY I MOVED IN! It felt like a roach welcoming party nonstop. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen,livingroom, refrigerator, counters, sink, shower and yes your bed. I could not believe what I had agreed to. In 1 year I only remember 2 fumagations occurring. Other complexs did them every Thursday. 11 months later roaches are still prevelent management has changed and but improvements are on the way I guess. One thing, management will work with you and that's a plus for rough times. Those ladies are pretty good at following up. All in all not bad with the above mentioned just the roaches were something I never got or will get used to. Lease is up and I'm out.
