I have lived here for 5 years and will be moving out at the end of the year. It is common to see residents drinking in the parking lot and last year (2002) there was a home invasion robbery of a resident. Potential residents are not screened very well, and noise is a CONSTANT problem with loud music, people honking their car horns early in the morning (instead of knocking on people's doors to get them) and pot smoke can be smelled from two of my neighbor's apartments constantly.

The management is reluctant to get problem residents off the property, for example, my neighbor has a sherrif notice on her door most every month (for non-payment of rent) but she is still living here.

We have one assigned parking space per apatment but many times you come home to someone parked in your space or blocing your space so you can't get to yours.

I have a bathroom that still has damage from a leaky tub from the upstairs apt. My bathroom was never fixed and repaired properly.

I could go on an on. I have decided to move out-I just don't feel safe here anymore.
