I have no complaints what-so-ever about peachtree garden apts. The location is great. The maintence and office staffs are very accomodating and the apartments are clean bug free, rat free, etc. I feel very safe in this neighborhood unlike some reviews i've read here. Perhaps if you're afraid of minorities then you will see it as dangerous, but it's very safe. I am a valet and often come back home very late at night with a good amount of cash and it doesn't bother me a bit. I've been living here for almost 3 years. Oh, one minor irratation here is the walls are extremely thin and therefore you can often hear neighbors thru the walls, if that doesn't bother you then you should have no complaints.
