I thought that the staff was real nice. I loved living in Brookhaven. I stayed there for about 4 years in a studio. I could not hear my neighbors in all those years except the last year there was a nut living upstairs who stomped a lot and dropped junk... the grounds was kept up. But the apartments themselves are older. It liked living there for the time being and would move back for the price and the location. The staff even reduced my rent one year due to good paying tenant! I didnt even ask. They were great.
