great place to live, but they're tearing it down

i've lived here for six years. management was friendly and capable up until about a year ago. once the word got out they were gonna tear the apartments down, things kinda slacked off. it's still an ideal location though.

they're tearing it down in august, so i don't think they're even accepting new tenants at this point.
