Great Value for the Location and Quality

I've lived here for a year and it's an awesome location. It might be slightly overpriced, but what isn't in Atlanta. The management has been extremely helpful. Although we have had a couple things go wrong, maintanence has always been out right away. I would rate the actual apartments an 8. They aren't outstanding, but I would definately recommend it. I would say this has been a great place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone.
