It may be cheap, It may even look good but in my tenure, I had to endure mold in the walls, carpet that was pulling up at the corner that they wouldn't replace (they cleaned it 3x, but no change). Roaches and earwigs. Rats. Often, I would come home and there would be random tools laying about, obviously work was done in my apartment--but I wasn't notified. I had problems with peeking Toms. It took the Atlanta Police 3 1/2 hours to respond to my potiential break in call. The security officer was not effective at all. And to top it off, when I moved out, over 3 months ago, I still have not seen my security deposit, and have had NO ONE return my calls. I talked to 3 OTHER people, some who left as far as 6 months ago, still no deposit.
