I have lived in Peachtree Park Apartments for 5 months. Since moving in, I have made SEVERAL maintenance calls (ie, turn on the icemaker, the blinds fell down, unclog my toilet, my lock fell off, the AC is broken), and they are usually pretty timely - especially if it is an emergency, like the lock or AC. However, they never return messages, so don't bother. And maintenance will only come if they are not off on the day you call. The staff is friendly. 2 pools. Beautiful complex - can't even tell you're in the middle of the city. Awesome location, convenient to lots of places, walking distance to Mick's & Blockbuster. No pest problems to date. Quiet overall - one late-night disturbance w/ yelling & cops involved. Rent is good value. Apts are newly-renovated & beautiful inside. Mine backs up to p-tree creek, so there is nothing behind us but woods, walking trail, creek. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a nice affordable home in midtown/buckhead area.
