If it makes any of the thousands of AIMCO residents out there that rent at an AIMCO community, they treat their employees worse than their residents. Imagine working for this cheap company and living in one of their apartments. AIMCO shamelessly raises employees rents each year, hates to pay overtime, but it's impossible NOT to work overtime. Then AIMCO has the big balls to send out letters each quarter to employees stating they intended to give us raises, but they just can't, but keep working harder for us. Meanwhile, they hire these pimply-faced twentysomethings for uppper management positions out in Denver with these hysterically bogus titles. GEE, YOU WONDER WHERE OUR RAISES GO'' My favorite was the kid from Denver who flew out to the East Coast last year to show all the properties what the new leases look like. Wow...important stuff, there...
Oops, I'm sorry Mr. TERRY CONSADINE, you finally did give us our raises last year didn't you, WAY BELOW THE COST OF LIVING, HOWEVER, a whole 50 cents...gee, golly, thanks, sir.

Terry, you really should stop sending out those holiday e-mails and memos to your employees across the AIMCO NATION. No one cares that your kid is in law school, or travelling around Europe. With the embarassing pay you give us, our children won't be able to go to college, let alone law school. We work too hard leasing these apartments for you, managing these properties, and repairing these apartments for you, and COULD GIVE A RAT'S ASS WHAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND THE JEFF ADLER FAMILIES ARE UP TO FOR THE HOLIDAYS.

What you need to do is start cleaning house and get rid of those idiots in upper management, the moronic markeing directors, and the incompetent RPM's and community managers with ABSOLUTELY NO EXPERIENCE in the apartment management field.

Gone are the good ole days when AIMCO was new, young and excitig place to work. When AIMCO HAD MONEY. Your employees are miserable Terry and Jeff, you need to PAY ATTENTION. By the way, employees are NOT going to speak up at your Town Hall Meetings. Not with their nasty marketing directors, community managers and RPM's glaring and snarling at them when you shove the mircophone in your employee's faces and say, "How is your job treating you' How can I make your job better'" Terry, there would be such retrobution back at the properties the next day, you really have no idea, don't you' Perhaps the high altitude in Colorado is getting to you. OH, SOME MORE ADVICE, DO NOT BRING JEFF ADLER TO THOSE TOWN MEETINGS. CAN HE BE MORE CONDESCENDING AND SARCASTIC' Employees all across the nation are unhappy, Terry, dear. You're losing sight of what your employees want. Stop trying to the namebrand of apartment communities. Residents don't like it either. Please get a clue.
