So many liars about this community

I could not believe my eyes when I read some of these reviews & the outright lies these people have fabricated. Yes, the community flooded back during the Hurricane. But the property manager AND the regional manager were both here, live & in person, ALL NIGHT LONG!! They trudged up & down the complex, knocking on doors, & advising residents to evacuate. They stood at the front by the office until after 1am helping direct people out & making sure people didn't go back in. They quickly advised us all the next day that there was raw sewage in the flood water & that we should think about a tetnus shot. They also went over & beyond by providing not one, not two, but 3 meals a day for like 3 days in a row. I ate better than in my own apartment a couple times. They contacted the Red Cross & the Salvation Army to come & help provide relief. This staff even put out one of their own people so that we could have the only remaining vacant apartment!!
Every time I have ever had a manintenance issue, they have responded quickly...from repairing my ice maker, to a front door that got busted, to shelves coming down in my bedroom. I've never had a problem w/bugs or any pests. Of course there are spiders & the occasional millipede. Where could you live that wouldn't have them'
In short, the grounds are beautiful, the apartments well maintained, & the staff is incredibly nice. No, I don't work for the company...I work for a wireless communications company that prides itself on customer service and let me tell you...Peachtree Park Apts provides THE best service I've ever had from a rental company and I will be renewing my lease for a 3rd straight year. Yeah, my rent has gone up by a lil...but I'm moving back into one of the gorgeous renovated downstairs apartments. I dare you to find somewhere else in Buckhead that you can live so well for so little.
You people that have put all of these outrageous lies on here should be ashamed of yourselves. Remember, what you put out comes back to you.

actually, the red cross provided the meals. and they OUTRIGHT LIED to me when i point-blanked asked them about flooding when i first moved in. they said it had NEVER flooded, but current residents still remember the flooding pre-2004. current "restorations" leave buildings w/ worse workmanship than previously and mexican crew members urinating/deficating on grounds. if there's pretty landscaping, it's only to attract new residents to a certain area (like the new building). if you already live here, god help you if all goes to hell in a handbasket - you're bound to stay here by law.
