Apt. was good... flooding was BAD

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
My boyfriend and I lived at Peachtree Park Apt. for a year March 2004-2005. The apartment was very big and at a great price 825.00 for a 2 bd./2bth. Also, it was a very dog friendly community which was great. The bad... obviously, as others have stated, the flooding was terrible. In early fall of 2004 we were flooded twice within a week period. We lived on the ground floor unit right by the creek.. in the "circle by the leasing office" as someone else stated. I DID see managment on site that night, and infact they offered to help my boyfriend and I get our animals out of the house. The manager of the community was very nice and helpful, but the assistant manager was totally RUDE. I found maintnence to be very good as well. I would also like to note, we painted our living room red and the manager advised us to leave it that color instead of painting it back ourself as they repaint after every tenant anyways. I thought this was very nice of her- and we weren't charged ANYTHING- even for the primer paint. So- In general, we had a good experience. We have since moved to Chicago, but if we were still in Atlanta I think we would have resigned with Peachtree Park. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
