I moved in recently and i enjoyed the whole process. Now the bad news. Maintenance. For every issue i have had I had to call the front office atleast 3 times before it ever got fixed. It seems like the lack a basic system of coordinated maintenance log. Here is an example, I moved in 3 weeks ago and told them I had a few issues. I was told they issues would be resolved promtly. What a lie. All but one of those compliants are still unresolved...my washer is not hooked up, i have a whole in my wall, my front porch looks a like crap from the previous occupant. If the can get this right I would recommend this apartment but untill then stay way.
