If you're thinking about moving here, try calling them a couple of times during working hours and see how easy(hard!) it is to talk with a real live person.

If you can't get through to them before you move in, there's no reason to think it will get better after you move in. It won't.

One more thing that might appeal to you is that there are RJ-45 (computer network) outlets in the bedrooms.
