the apts. are disgusting. bugs everywhere. maintenance is nowhere to be found. they NEVER respond to your problems. the office staff is phony. they absolutely do nothing when asked.

they will say they get someone in to fix the problem, but they never do. good luck getting an exterminator. many apts. have been known to carry mold. i had to call cooporate in denver on numerous occassions, that worked momentarily. the cooperate staff in atl. does just as much as the office staff.... NOTHING.... the type of people living in the complex is very low class. it's a shame b/c the area is great. i wouldn't recommend this complex to an enemy. i broke my lease, i couldnt get out of here fast enough.

theres a reason these apt. are SO cheap!

Amen..it is the same thing three years later. There must be some truth to it.
