We moved their after viewing their website in May of 04. The staff has turned over 4 times since then. The location is second to none, right on Peachtree Creek and close to Buckhead, but the apartments are were old. Noise wasnt a problem, but the neighbors were. Some sketchy people roaming aound at night and drug activity was evident. Good place for dogs, of any size.
The aprtments are laif out nicely, but we had minor problems with leaks, bugs, etc.

This place is perfect for a college student that doesnt mind the environment, but for a young professional, it was not suitable.

they recently renovated so that is a plus, but the tenants are the main problem, not the apts themselves. More prescreening of residences would drastically improve their renewals and customer satisfaction.
