i have not lived in this apartment community, but nor will i.

FIRST: i called the office 4-5 times just to get someone to answer the phone. i wanted to speak to someone about the units and check availability, sq. footages, prices, etc. i think if they want to lease a unit they should answer the phone.

anyways, i was told all the answers i wanted to hear and was super excited about the great value! so i went.

SECOND: as soon as i walked in, it was OBVIOUS the manager didnt like the way i looked or something. if looks could kill i would have dropped dead in the doorway. not very professional.

THIRD: when i started speaking to HER about what i was looking for (because the person i spoke to on the phone wasnt available even though we had an appointment) she immediately told me (without consulting any papers or reports) that there was nothing available. not this month, next month, april... nothing. but she would be SO glad to take down my name and number for future reference if something opened up.

if she would have told me JUST that, i might have been ok... but she more or less patronized me. she seemed SOOOO sorry, and SOOOOO apologetic. she kept repeating herself as if she were trying to convince me what she was saying was true. so i tested her...

"sure you can put my name on a list, but can i see a unit or something so i know what i'm on a list waiting for'"

FOURTH: "i'm sorry, we dont have anything we can show you. our residents dont get to see a unit before they move in."

WHAT THE HELL'' i've never heard this before. who would move in somewhere they didnt get to see first'' not me.

THEN i came across all these reviews... NO THANK YOU! rude, discriminatory, liars. i'll pass thanks.
