All of these complaints sound legit. I don't live at the complex, but my boyfriend does and I've stayed there a couple of times. We don't stay over at his place much anymore b/c it's disgusting i.e. roach infested and a dirty neighborhood. Sound familiar' My b/f has called management a hundred times and they have not responded with a solution to irradicate the problem with the roaches. Therefore, we stay at my place all the time. Time for someone to do something and that's going to be me. Come on down Clark Howard.
