I moved in August and have had a pretty good experience so far, I dont know why all the other reviews are so harsh. The managment staff has been friendly before and after we moved in, the apartment was clean on move-in day (although neighbors of mine claimed different for their move in day). The noise isnt that terrible where I live, of course the walls are thin like most apartments are going to be. I didnt know there was a train track that runs right by some of the buldings, I wonder if that bothers them at night. I can hear the train but it is nothing that would ever wake me up. I had one maintennance call (non-emergency) put in that went for a couple days without action, and I saw one of the maintennance guys and asked if he could fix it. He did it right then and there and was very friendly. The apartment complex is kept clean on the outside and Ive never had a problem with parking and so far have not felt any safety issues, being a college age female student. One of my only complaints is the TVs do not work in the fitness room, except for one which gets one channel.
