I've lived here for about a year and will be moving out soon. My experience hasn't been nearly as bad as others that have posted here. I live towards the back of the complex so the noise isn't THAT bad except there is a train that runs very close by but you do get used to the noise. The neighbors in my building are pretty cool but in the building next to mine, it seems like a bunch of dumb a$$e% live there. Here's the proof:

A person hit my roommate's car WHILE it was parked. Someone started a fire outside their building on Memorial Day. A person hit my roommate's car a second time when they backed out from their parking spot and hit her car while she was driving out of the complex. I mean, what idiots! That being said, it's not really the apartment complex's problems.

Management seems to be alright but I don't ever interact with them. The same woman has been there for quite some time so that's a good sign.

The pros are the great price, lots of space for what you get, great buckhead location.
The cons are the loud neighbors and the bug issues (lots of cockroaches!).
