My husband and I moved in about four months ago, and we are so happy we chose to live here!

We have such easy access to Buckhead and Midtown here. Although we keep a car, we often walk or use MARTA to get where we're going. Even though we are right in the middle of town, we both enjoy how quiet and peaceful our home feels; it's not the traffic-heavy experience we expected when moving to this part of Atlanta.

We live in one of the buildings nearest the train, and it doesn't bother us at all (it is aubidle, but not loud). There is always parking near our building, and our maintenence issues--which have been few--have been acted upon within 24 hours, as promised. We see a bug here and there, but we are practically living in the woods (the view out our windows overlooking the creek is beautiful); to be fair, we do not live on the ground level, so that may make a difference with the bugs.

Each time I have stopped by the office, whether it is to pay rent or ask a question, I have been greeted courteously and the staff has been friendly and helpful. I think it's a nice place to live, and when I was apartment-hunting I didn't find anything I liked nearly as much for this price range.

My primary complaint is that the fitness center is not kept very clean or in good shape. The TVs should all work and (preferably) have cable. The speed bumps are also a bit absurd, and I don't feel like they're very good for my car, but I guess they do keep people at a reasonable speed.

Either you have the wrong place, or you was high like most of the residents that it was ur haven. Cause this place is something else TRULEY...
