Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
It's a fairly attractive community. Yes, it's over run by thugs, but only because ATLANTA is over run by thugs. The workmanship is shoddy. The staff is incompetent. People fight in the neighboring apartments a lot. Cars honking horns within complex at all hours of the night.
My review used to be more positive but the place has definitely gone downhill.
