Good location except for the fact that everything still takes around 20 minutes to get to because of Peachtree Street traffic and continuous surrounding construction. Lots of noise including trains, construction, and neighbors behind thin walls. Our kitchen floor is bowing in (water will pool in the center), the plumbing and water pressure are horrific, the doors and windows don't seem to be sealed well... The maintenance staff do their best. The office staff is horrible. No customer service whatsover and they will downright lie to your face regarding the placing of maintenance requests. The mainetnance staff will ignore phonecalls and will not return messages. Beware when putting down a deposit for a specific floorplan, they might not actually have one available and then will try to place you in a different unit. The price is good for right now, but I am anticipating a large price jump with out renewal because of new, upscale apartments constructed nearby. The nice things about PP: very pet friendly.
