This is a list of issues with the apartment I live in:
1. Insects - Perpetual. Dog put to sleep due to roach in ear
2. High water bill - $80/month for 2 adults & 1 child
3. Gym - Pooly kept. 50% machines broken
4. Foundation - Cracks in ceiling causes air to escape
5. Insulation - None for doors or windows
6. Wall fixtures - Bathroom mirros fall, paint peels, faucets not securely fastened
7. Rent - goes up by 5-10% every year
8. Office staff - Apathetic, callous and cantankerous
9. Security - Building security never around, noise and curbing rules not enforced
10. Animals - Pitt Bulls allowed to roam without leashes
11. Repair - Shoddy, half-hearted, maintenance men appear to be untrained
12. Pool - Perpetually dirty, Photo on websites is inconsistent
