It seems that the people above have had some issues. I love it there. The staff is extremely nice to me. Yeah, I live next to a train, but this is city living. If I call in the morning, maintenance is there that afternoon. I pay my rent on time, hence I guess that's why I don't have any issues. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I'm trying to figure out your logic - "I pay my rent on time, hence I guess that's why I don't have any issues." That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my entire life. I have never been ONE day late with my rent as long as I have been at Peachtree Park which has been 5 times as long as your time there.

Considering I just informed the Peachtree Park office of their review on this website yesterday and this good review "magically" appears today, one may assume this is posted by a staff member. Correct me if I'm wrong... I doubt I'll believe it and I seriously hope those considering Peachtree Park don't buy it either.

I love my apartment too, maintenance is always taken care of my problems and office staff is always been nice to me!! Im a single women living there and i Never had any problems . I like the location because im close to my school. Plus the price is still good for the location.;-)

The price is not great for the location, unless you like living in a roach invested, poorly maintained, half-way house for strippers. Yes, the unit is close to the elementary school, however, giving the management credit for this is like giving George Bush credit for making America a great country. Peachtree Park is a poor choice.
