This is one of the wonderful sights of Peachtree Park Apartments -- right next to the Community Office. The dumpster was broken (and still is messed up and infested with flies)for almost a MONTH. Sanford and Son's junkyard looked more organized and you probably could furnish your entire apartment from this picture. It is okay because there are a group of residents that have gotten together and are PERSONALLY traveling to Denver to deliver their grievances to corporate IN PERSON.

**EDIT** this was supposed to be a new post but somehow it replaced my other post about the thuggish pool party that occurred a couple of weeks ago -- 50-60 people and endless parades of cars with booming music. You get the hint though. It is what it is.

Absolutely right! We came home during the last ghetto throw down to a man hanging out of his car's DRIVER side completely passed out in his own vomit at the mailboxes. Lovely crowd. This wasn't at 4 in the morning either... it was 10pm. Luckily my lease is up and we're moving to a much nicer place just down the street! Nicer residents and much less ghetto!

Hmm..I wonder which Aimco employee this is. Only one that I can think of that has been living on the property for a number of years - the current ghetto property manager who has single-handedly run this complex into the ground in RECORD TIME. If that response wasn't written by an Aimco employee then I am Louis XIV.

Well think this is such childs play...how about a grown person sitting and strategically probing and planning such tasteless and cruel acts and gossip about (a place that he can leave). I have lived here for two years and have enjoyed my stay, to say the least, the staff has always helped been professional and courteous to me. I was apalled to find out that someone would take time out to state this ugly gossip about this community and the complex. I don't know why you just don't move if you are that miserible? Remember what you say and do to others will always come back to you. It's funny how people view things differently. My view and yours are not the same. Sincerely, Resident of Peachtree Park

Great to hear that you have enjoyed your stay! However that has nothing to do with anything. #1 - write me a fat check to break my lease and I will be thrilled to move before the lease is up. #2 it isn't gossip and cruel acts if it is the TRUTH, which it is. #3 I totally agree that what you say and to do others will come back to you. Peachtree Park management/staff had better fasten their seatbelts because they will have MOUNTAINS of crap coming back to them. Also child's play is a fake property manager that gets an attitude with residents when HER people don't do their jobs. Child's play is also the Aimco employee or friend that wrote this response. Good day.

Yeah the first post has hit the nail on the head. I have lived here for a number of years and this lease is def. THE LAST. The new property manager is worse than the old one and thats NOT SAYING MUCH AT ALL. The thing that makes it real bad is that all the workers do is seem to think of this complex as they personal playground, they fail to understand they are workers and not true residents. That car show you guys are reffering 2 was one of the most bold and blatant forms of disrespect I have ever witnessed from any complex employee EVER. The kicker is now the pool is locked at night even though a certain fat lieing pig told us the pool and fitness center was open 24/7-365 as long as there was no noise problems, now after they have they parties they lock the pools and treat folks like kids, and we pay full price for our apts. something is def. wrong with that picture. Which brings me back to the fact that the employees us this complex as they personal playground. I mean its easy to find the property managers apt. just look for a bunch of kids bikes thrown all over the lawn, and you have found her. Now to the maintanace team lmfao what a buch of fools. I called them to my apt. to fix a door because bugs where coming in through the side of it, so they fixed the bottom of the door lmao WOOOOOOW. The real kicker is they all party and hang together office, and maintance. If I am wrong or an a** for wanting stuff fixED in my apt. then so be it, just do YOUR JOB. So in closing, if you dont like bugs, noise, vandalism, incompetence, floods, ghetto parties, trees falling through buildings, and garbage piled to the sky just sitting outside then dont EVER, EVER, EVER CHOOSE PEACHTREE GHETTO PARK APTS. Dont let the look of it fool yah you will realize your mistake on your first night in your apt. trust us people we have made this mistake DONT YOU....

WOW... the responses are clearly an employee. Them coming here to post back and forth with a tenant anomonsly is very childish and has me skipping current and future craigslist postings. I'm not paying anyone for drama. Funny thing is, had management not come on here I prob would have checked it out.
