DOCUMENT EVERYTHING because the office staff are compulsive liars. The management has the attitude that you should just pay your rent and keep your mouth shut. If you have issues with your residence then they are actually horrified that you have the gall to request any kind of repairs. You are supposed to be grateful to them for letting you pay an exorbitant amount of rent.

One of the recent maintenance men threw the most offensive, ghetto pool party right beside the leasing office recently complete with dozens of tricked out cars booming their music through the complex. There had to have been 50 people crowded around there -- all riding around on the leasing office's golf carts, sitting in them drinking and having a good old time while the property manager and office staff stood on her porch giggling about the entire thing. I heard that they fired the maintenance guy which shocked me. I guess they had no choice.

I honestly do not care what the manager does but do not shun me and get an attitude with me when all I require is that you do your job. People just have zero work ethic these days. I am more disappointed in the management here than angry. There are unemployed, qualified people out there who would actually beg for this job and would be glad to do it. The longer I live here (which thank God will not be much longer) the more I believe that mgmt treats certain people in certain ways. Management and possibly their little friends keep coming on here posting rebuttles to the TRUTH. That is fine because I will keep coming back posting the truth until the cows come home. There are things in life more important than making the sale (i.e. getting the lease). Speaking of which -- I have seen more apartments available online since the new manager took over than I have seen in a looong time and I guarantee you that it has nothing to do with the economy.

This reviewer is not exaggerating. The day of the party, which I have aptly named The Ballerific Experience, was like a scene right out of a Snoop Dogg Video (A poorly concieved, Under-budgeted, 2nd rate video). Not only was the music too loud, but if you were a resident who had the misfortune of coming home after a long days work, you could not find parking. I hope the maintenance person and the building manager lost their jobs.

I am moving to Atlanta in MARCH 2010, and this is frustrating for me. I have a small daughter and need to find a place, a SAFE place to live.. I'm working on a budget so my funds are very limited. Would someone please recommend a spot for us? This is crazy.. I visited this location and thought it was very nice..Very nice. To read these comments is a tu surprise.. WOW! Help me please!
