I have lived here since Aug. of 08. I have a one br which is pretty spacious. I have had very few maint. issues and the crew responds fairly quickly from my experience. The office staff is nice, although I did have one 'run-in' w/the manager--not sure if she is still here or not. Noise is not a problem at all. I can sometimes hear my neighbor, but they are respectful overall. I do smell pot regularly bc I think one of my neighbors smokes daily. The water bill is not high at all but they added an extra fee a few months ago for valet trash pickup/dumpster cleaning which is only $5; however, when I renew it will go up to $25/month. Kinda high if you ask me, but it does keep the rats/bugs away which can be a problem in the city. Location rocks! This complex is right off of Peachtree St. in Buckhead, but tucked away a little so you don't get all the noise and wanderers. Crime seems low-I feel really safe here. Doors are all double bolted or at least mine is. Alarm option. Parking is plentiful! Pool is nice--never used the fitness ctr though. I actually am very happy here. I have lived in other places that were simply awful, so perhaps it's all relative. Nonetheless, I am likely to renew.

Good luck with that and I mean that very sincerely. Don't fret too much about the stairs. You will be glad that your apartment is upstairs. That will help your experience alot.
