I have noticed an uprising in postive reviews. It is because the office tells folks to go and get on here and write a good reviews when renewing your lease or signing a new one. I know this for a fact cause they asked me to do it!!!! Not only is that against this sites policy, but it also does not smell right. You should not have to ask residents to post good reviews. If they really like it, they will. It is a shock that people dont realize that yeah they are gonna be nice esp. if they are going to ask you to post a review. Its simple politics all day long. Noise here is out of control, yeah its to be expected in an apartment but not hearing everything ur neighbor or neighbors say. People mess with and breakin into your cars. Not to mention the numorous hit and runs I have seen. So in closing nothing has changed they have just gotten a lil slicker...

the latest reviews cite this issue and this is definitely a deal breaker I am single and female and that is not something I want to walk into. thank you
