i recently just moved away and i am so thankful for this. I have never seen an apartment with more bugs than peachtree park. The windows and door had no insulation, meaning my utility cost were sky high. the bedroom window was actually painted shut with several coats of paint making it impossible to escape in the case of an emergency. Robbery is a huge problem. a guy moved in the building across from me and within the first 2 weeks, his car was broken into, rims were stolen and his car was sitting on bricks, right in front of the house!! The buildings are decades old, so the foundations are shaky, the floors are unstable. as i was walking down the stairs of my place, the faulty stairs actually broke under me, lucky i was unharmed. I have gone several days without water, and when it finally returned, the water was coming out DIRTY BROWN!!! My AC was broken on a friday in the middle of june and it was not fixed until the following tuesday!!!! The units are small, old appliances and the entire building is trashy. The staff and management are RIDICULOUS. As mentioned in another review, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

I moved away from there into a house several months ago. My utility bills for a 5bdrm house are a FRACTION of the cost that I paid at Peachtree Park.
