The complex is being very nasty! They said we could leave after the flood, but gave no date. They just said, "as soon as you can." I found a notice today saying we had till Oct 1st!! NEVER rent from AIMCO!!

If I were you all then I would run for the hills as fast as possible. This is the same scene from 5 years ago. Aimco got a Hell of a lot of insurance money after the last flood and you would think that they would spend more on the retaining wall and less on renovations. Somehow I think it was probably 0-1% for the retaining wall and 99-100% on renovations. This could have all gone so much better for everyone. This complex needs to be bulldozed and Aimco needs to be run out of town on a rail.

I agree that AIMCO sucks, but the fliers aren't theirs. I called this AM and they didn't know what I was talking about. It will be 1-2 weeks before we move back in. Some individual buildings may be evacuated.
