Where are the good reviews coming from''' Not Peachtree Place North that I live at!!! Like the other person said, this is a drug infested place with teenagers harassing the little kids offering them drugs. I hate this place and I would not mind paying the thousands of dollars getting out of my lease. It's all worth it, knowing that my kids are going to be safe away from this nasty place!!!! oh, and about the comment about the perv maintenance guy ( I'm running away fast from here) check your police reports before you decide to move into this place.
