I lived here from 1976 to 1977. I had a 1BR, which had burst pipes on the floor. Manager promised new carpet but reneged. Also had problem with AC, had HUGE hole in wall where AC unit was, without it for a whole month. Was promised a rent credit because of the inconvience, manager refused to make good.

The manager (who is STILL there today) is extremely bitchy----there are other apartments on Peachtree/off Peachtree that are much better. Not recommmended.

I think this place is new; built about a year ago. Certainly wasn't open in the 1970s and probably opened after this review was posted. So I'm guessing this review shouldn't be listened to.
