Below is a list of criminal activity at Westchester at Peachtree Valley in recent months. I obtained this info from the Atlanta Police department's website using the community's address 40 Peachtree Valley Road, Atlanta 30309. Keep in mind there may very well be other crimes that were not reported!!!! ***Data not available prior to Jan 17 2009 *** Jan 26 Assault/battery Feb 6 burglary Feb 6 larceny -articles from vehicle Feb 9 larceny-other Feb 22 larceny- articles from vehicle Feb 26 burglary-forced entry Apr 6 burglary forced entry May 21 burglary-forced entry May 31 theft of vehicle Jun 3 larceny - articles from vehicle --Data not available after June 6 2009-- **Jul 7 larceny/vandalism - 2 vehicles (convertible tops slashed & seats stolen from cars) warm and cozy indeed!
