I lived here when the apartments were first built. Originally, they were apartments for Olympic corporate sponsors, and right after the games they leased the apartments to regular people. My time there was pleasant, and I loved my apartment. I have have since moved back to NY, and I always tell people that the only thing that I miss about Atlanta is my apartment. I was close and convenient to everything, the office staff was always helpful and friendly and, at that time, I would recommend moving there. I was very sad when I found out that they went co-op, but I was not suprised. That was the way everything was going in that area, and it was a matter of time before P'tree Walk jumped on the bandwagon. The building is very "condo looking" and located in a very private area. For anyone who seeks privacy,security and a great location, this is the place for them.
