I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this complex.
I must say that out of all of the apartment complexes I have resided in, this has been the most enjoyable.
Connie, Lisa, Suzanne, and Heather have all been quite accommodating to my needs, and to the needs of other residents.
I must say, you will not go wrong by deciding to live at Phipps Place.
