My boyfriend and I have lived at Phipps Place since January of 2003 and have had quite an enjoyable stay here. The rent for our two bedroom apartment ($1820)is a little higher than the other apartments we looked at, but well worth it. I've read a few of the other comments posted on this website, and I have to say that I don't think they're entirely fair. We've not had serious problems with noise. The one complaint we had last summer was noise from the pool area late at night, but management seems to have addressed the problem because we haven't had any problems with it this year. I feel safe here, and my boyfriend isn't worried about me being here by myself while he travels. A few weeks ago the gate was broken, but they had a security guard there and I had to show my license to get in. I haven't had too many problems with the apartment; my garbage disposal and shower get clogged occasionally, but it's always taken care of. (Maintenance staff is great, especially Smiley) I guess a few people have had some problems here. I haven't, and would recommend Phipps Place, as I've had a good experience here. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
