Living At Phipps Place: No!

Bottom line: Pretty good apartments with not so great parking and a large share of trashy inhabitants-and easy access to GA400 and the malls.
I, also, concur with the comments previously stated.
We have lived here since the start (2 years), and the problems with the "scrubs" living here does indeed extend beyond Phipps Place and into The Oaks at Buckhead and the other surrounding condos.
The "Bam-Bam Chrome" vehicles can be seen in this area frequently.
Loud parties are frequent in the day and night alike especially near the one bedroom apartments.
Residents have been assaulted by other residents in the day time.
Cars have been broken into by residents, but the office doesn't seem to think this.
There is a large migration of extremely non-professional and affluent people moving in, Phipps Place remains mostly professional though.
The construction was loud, and has been unfinished for almost a year.
The only good it has brought, is the end to people parking along Pritchard and Kingsboro drinking and screaming all night.
Yes, it really did happen.
The police eventually put a stop to it.
A woman was murdered in the woods just beyond Kingsboro.
The same woods that Finger Companies owns.
The gate is frequently broken, usually by some of the same not so affluent resident or their guests.
