Phipps Place is in a great location- walking distance to MARTA, publix, malls. I love living here. I am spending a little more than I have spent in the past but the location is workth it.
The maintenace staff is wonderful and the grounds are kept immaculate. I had a problem with my a/c not working and it was fixed within a day.
The only problem I really have is that the city has been doing road work for a long time. I think that it is nearing completion.
It is time for me to renew my lease and I will definate;y be staying another 6 months after that I will probably buy something.
