I am so glad that Phipps safety has improved recently.

I haven't heard of anything bad happening & have seen a lot better neighboors moving in.

I was thinking of moving out after my car got broken into last year once my lease ended but have decided to stay cuz of the change I have seen going on.

I will be the first to complain when a situation is bad, so I feel that in order to balance out my karma that I need to be the 1st to compliment when I see good changes going on.
