Phipps Place is the best place that I have lived so far.

I have lived all over Atlanta and out of state since the time I was 18 and have been very happy here.

I would say the best things about it here are the location, the pool, the party room that I can use for free, and the upgrades in my apartment.

All of my friends are jealous of how nice the apartment is.

The only bad thing is that my apartment only gets 1 assigned space and my roommate gets that one, so I have to use a visitor space.

I mean its not that bad because there is always a space open, but I do hate when I have to park on the top level because it is uncovered.

Aside from my parking issues, everything is great.

My maintenance requests are taken care of quickly & it is quiet.

Those are 2 major criteria for me in how much I like an apartment.
