New here but loving it.

Big adjustment moving from a 3000 square foot home on a cul de sac and then a two bedroom apartment, however; Phipps Place has made the transition from that home in the suburbs to living in the city.
My wife and I have met a lot of people from diverse backgrounds and we are loving it.
The maintenance staff and the management have bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
We only moved in at the beginning of April and we have absolutely no regrets. I lived at another apartment complex alone for four months while we sold the house in North Carolina and I visited a lot of other places before we decided on Phipps.
The attention to detail and the upgrades with respect to flooring, countertops, plumbing and appliances make a huge difference.
In fact, while we were looking at apartments in a brand new facility some three blocks away, the manager there saw right away that we weren't enamoured with his apartments and it was he who suggested we would be happier at Phipps! Go figure.
Only complaint I have is my inability to understand why people can't bring their beer to the pool in cans. I guess they would have had to owned and maintained a large pool of their own where some moron broke a bottle in the pool and then watched as it was drained, vacuumed and refilled at a horendous cost and inconvenience as it was in the 90's during that whole process.
Cans people, it's not a big deal! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
