Leasing office staff very unfriendly

My name is Amit Agarwal and I lived in an apartment in this complex from January to May 2007. Here is my review of this place.
The leasing office staff at this office are extremely rigid and inflexible. They do not play practically, but instead choose to mindlessly follow rules handed down to them by their bosses. They are completely powerless to make any decisions, and it seems like they are useless and powerless agents with no mind of their own. Agents of their corporate bosses, that is.
If you live here, and you have a unique situation for which you need the leasing office to be mindful, or thoughtful, or at the very least - patient - try your luck elsewhere, because this bunch is the most vicious.
They will dress nice, give you a friendly smile, fake pretentious small talk, but when a situation comes up when you want them to step outside their comfort zone (aka their zombie rule book), they turn vicious and rude.
I have never talked to anyone as inconsiderate and, frankly, unintelligent, as one of the staff of the leasing office at this complex.
On a positive note, Nick and the rest of the maintenance crew are top notch. Its amazing how the most unpretentious people turn out to be the most productive and efficient, whereas the most pretentious, fake, uncaring, and cold people are the most useless. This is a pretentious and arrogant staff, nested in a pretentious and arrogant part of town.
A note to leasing office staff everywhere: your smile means close to nothing, your clothes and the fake plants and decor in your leasing offics mean nothing, keep away the marketing books, and get a book on how to be a real person - a decent, real human being - then see how your vacancy rate at your complex drops.
