I've lived at Phipps Place for 4 years and I've loved every second of it. The entire staff is top notch. I've never had a problem getting anything fixed or picking up packages from the office. As everyone knows the location is PERFECT. The security is great, there are still crimes to cars but that happens everywhere. In my entire 4 years I've only heard of one apartment being broken into and to this day I think it was an attempt on the renters part at insurance fraud. There is absolutely no noise problem at all. The walls are very thick and your privacy is guaranteed. If looking here I'd as for an apartment facing the side street toward Lennox. Every year my pation serves as a front row seat to the July 4th fireworks show...the best in the city. Honestly I think anyone giving Phipps Place a bad review is probably a person who has been angry with life from the day they hit the planet. This place is great and I recommended it highly.

Ok, I've lived there as well and if you were so proud y be anonymous. It's obvious that you are selfcentered, just because your experiences were great doesn't mean it's the same for others especially those that had their cars stolen or broken into. I wanted to let you know that you are insensitive to others feelings and experiences. If you're that in love with an apartment complex, you may be the one "is probably a person who has been angry with life from the day they hit the planet" That woman Connie who runs the place is careless and has no real customer service skills. I've had a diamond ring stolen by maintenance along with a champagne bottle I forgot in the fridge when I moved out. I came back the next day and it was gone and they said there was nothing left in the apartment. So please, do us all a favor and try to spend money in real things such as homeownership that actually give you tax benefits, sing the praises on that as opposed to measely apartment complex for pretentious folks like you who are not accustomed to quality and service fit for royalty. The rest of us have higher standards, and FYI, cars don't get stolen everywhere.... do your research. Ok, dear Pleasant day
