Escorts, Strippers and a drug dealer or two are more common than usual.

But as long as they are paying rent the front office doesn't care.

Phipps Place is showing it's age.

Pipes breaking in the winter.

The tenants lately are not courteous.

Loud music after 11:30PM is the norm.

The Atlanta Police officer that lives on the property is worthless.

Ask the leasing office how many times cars have been broken into and/or stolen.

Then look up the Police report for the Phipps Place address.

You'd be amazed how many!
If you are in college it's a great place to live.

Party on!!!!

We are sorry that you had a bad experience that made you change your previous balanced review. We qualify all of our residents the same based off of the market rent on the apartment. We have an outside company preform a comprhensive background check on all of the applicants. We take all of our residents requests and complaints seriously. If you have any concerns please feel free to call the Leasing office.
