The neighborhood has changed since I've been a resident here, but overall, it is still a nice place to live. If they could get rid of the few ghetto individuals that reside here it would be a definite improvement. Mrs. Prentice and Ms. Thomas and the rest of the staff are excellent; always very pleasant and attentive to any request that I make. I have been a resident here for almost 4 years and never had a problem, but I am fortunate to have great neighbors that live in my section. Pleasantdale Crossing is a wonderful place to live! We have been here since Aug of 2007 and it was nice but now these apts are a HELL whole the new Management here is the worst we ever had so if you are looking here to live i think you need to investigate more we are moving soon so many have moved out the place it sucks.
